How Memetics launches work
The rules every launch follows, what's guaranteed, and what isn't.
Launch types
- Instant — the full supply goes straight into a locked Uniswap v4 market. Trading starts in the first block.
- Curve — 800M tokens sell along a curve until 10 ETH of reserves hold for 10 minutes, then anyone can graduate it and the reserve is re-locked as liquidity.
- Crowd — a roughly 4-hour Uniswap auction sells 700M tokens at one fair clearing price. If it raises less than 10 ETH, every bidder is refunded in full.
- Bundle — backers pool 0.1–8 ETH that buys the opening position before anyone else trades. Missed targets, late launches and cancellations are refunded in full.
Supply and liquidity
- Every token has a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 with no mint, owner or pause. No wallet receives an allocation, including the creator's.
- Liquidity is held by contracts with no withdraw path, so nobody can pull it, including Memetics.
Snipe protection
- For the first 3 blocks of an Instant or Curve launch, each buy is capped at 1% of supply, rising to 2.5% and then 4%.
- No wallet can receive more than 5% of supply during the window. Selling and buying back does not reset it, and it covers plain transfers too.
- The window ends on its own and can never be re-armed. Crowd launches don't need it: everyone pays the same auction price.
- A determined sniper with many funded wallets can still accumulate. The guard raises the cost; it doesn't remove the behaviour.
Fees
- Every trade pays a 1% platform fee and 0.20% that compounds into the locked liquidity, plus a creator fee the creator picks between 0.05% and 1%.
- There is a $0.95 minimum fee per trade, and referred traders get 10% off the platform fee. Fees are capped at 25% of any trade.
- Fees are always paid in ETH, never in the launched token. The rates are written into each market at launch and can't be changed later.
Owner powers
- The Memetics factory can only change settings for new launches. Live markets keep their fees and locked liquidity no matter what.
Guarantees and risks
- Guaranteed by the contracts: fixed supply, liquidity that can't be pulled, refunds when a Crowd or Bundle raise fails.
- Not guaranteed by anything: that a token holds value, that people keep trading it, or that the creator doesn't sell.
- The contracts are not audited yet. Launching stays switched off until independent audits are complete. Nothing here is investment advice.
